On-device data

Tasks, notes, completion history, planting history, tree state and settings are stored on your device. The app has no account or cross-device sync and does not automatically upload this content to us. System backups depend on your Apple settings. You can manage tasks in the app; deleting the app may remove local data.

Optional permissions and AI

Voice capture requires on-device speech recognition. When unavailable, typing remains available. The app does not send recordings to us. Optional approximate location is used locally for orchard sky calculations; motion sensors provide visual effects. Reminders use local notifications. Permissions can be revoked in system Settings.

AI prompts and inference stay on device. The bundled model needs no download. Optional model downloads connect to file-hosting services, which may process IP addresses and other network request information under their policies. You can disable local AI and remove non-bundled models.

Feedback you choose to send

After your explicit consent and submission, the app sends your entered feedback, app version and consent version to PrairieSoft's feedback service. It does not attach tasks, location, recordings, device identifiers or images. Feedback is used to address issues and improve functionality, not advertising or cross-app tracking. Feedback text is retained for no more than 90 days. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information.

Website, support and your choices

This website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting and feedback infrastructure process network request information, such as IP addresses, needed to provide services under their applicable policies. This website includes no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. When you email support, we use your email address and message to handle your request.

Optional features can be declined while continuing to use the typed task list. To request deletion of submitted feedback, contact support@prairiesoft.cc, ideally with the receipt or submission time. We may update this policy and will display its revision date here.
