On-device data

Tasks, notes, attachments, activity progress, completion history, planting history, tree state and settings are stored on your device. The app has no account or cross-device sync and does not automatically upload this content to us. System backups depend on your Apple settings. You can manage tasks in the app; deleting the app may remove local data.

Optional permissions and AI

Optional voice capture uses on-device speech recognition, including the bundled Whisper speech model. Recordings are not sent to us or an external transcription service. Typing remains available. Camera, photo, audio and PDF attachments are stored with your tasks on the device; camera and microphone access require your permission. Optional approximate location is used locally for orchard sky calculations; motion sensors provide visual effects. Reminders use local notifications. Permissions can be revoked in system Settings.

Optional summaries and task interpretation use Apple Intelligence on compatible iOS 27 devices when available. Prompts and inference stay on device; otherwise the app uses localized offline content. The app does not download additional text-generation models or send tasks to an external AI service. You can disable optional AI features.

Advertising and consent

The free app uses Google AdMob native ads in task details. Google Mobile Ads and its User Messaging Platform may process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, crash logs, performance and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and service operation. Processing depends on device permissions, consent choices and applicable requirements. We do not provide your tasks, notes, attachments, recordings or orchard location to ad requests. The app has no separate first-party analytics SDK.

Google consent messages appear where required before ads are requested. Where available, privacy options can be reopened in app Settings. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s iOS SDK data disclosures. Buying FruityDay Plus stops subsequent ad requests; it does not retrospectively delete information already processed by an ad provider.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional one-time FruityDay Plus purchase and any refunds. The app checks StoreKit transactions and purchase entitlements to enable paid features and restore purchases. We do not receive payment-card details and do not operate an account or purchase-validation server. Apple processes purchase information under its own privacy policy.

Feedback you choose to send

After your explicit consent and submission, the app sends your entered feedback, app version and consent version to PrairieSoft's feedback service. It does not attach tasks, location, recordings, device identifiers or images. Feedback is used to address issues and improve functionality, not advertising or cross-app tracking. Feedback text is retained for no more than 90 days. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information.

Website, support and your choices

This website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting and feedback infrastructure process network request information, such as IP addresses, needed to provide services under their applicable policies. This website includes no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. When you email support, we use your email address and message to handle your request.

Optional features can be declined while continuing to use the typed task list. To request deletion of submitted feedback, contact support@prairiesoft.cc, ideally with the receipt or submission time. We may update this policy and will display its revision date here.
